Hipknotics serves two closely related needs in our community by creating jobs for independent artists in their area of expertise as well as providing additional support to schools in the child development.

Night Owls
Independent artists first supporters are often fellow creatives they previously established as friends. We build hubs of artistic synergy where local artist mix their talents and skills to support each other’s individual goals.
DayDreamers
If you’re an independent artist, you are a small business, brand, and freelancer. Customers don’t respect the business when an artist neglects the business. We provide artist with the training and coaching to assist them in becoming profitable. INSNC creates a separate program for each artist receiving our support. This empowers donors with the ability to make a financial impact in the lives of the artist of their choice.
